I think even I could catch a tarpon here

Tarpon can be extremely difficult to catch. I remember a trip to the Florida Keys a few years ago, where the tarpon were rolling everywhere we looked, but we couldn’t catch them no matter what we tried. According to our guide, they were feeding on some kind of ‘worms’ (I think our trip coincided with the Palolo Worm hatch), and they didn’t seem to be interested in anything we threw at them.
